Daniel Van den Broeck

Daniel Van den Broeck is a Senior International Executive with over 30 years of Senior Management experience in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and transforming businesses, resulting in impressive growth, revenue, and profitability targets.

Daniel’s expertise lies in building diverse teams that are centered around customer success and is known for his outstanding interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.

Daniel’s most recent role at Oracle was as the Senior Vice President of Cloud Applications Northern, where he was responsible for the entire SAAS/Cloud applications business in Northern Europe. He successfully transformed the Northern European business from a product-focused sales organization to an industry/account-based sales organization and invested in changing leadership behaviors and culture.

Daniel is a strategic thinker, highly commercial, innovative, and approaches problems with drive, enthusiasm, and pragmatism. He is a committed team player, but a strong leader and is currently exploring senior leadership, advisory, or non-executive board positions. He is fluent in Dutch/Flemish, English, and conversational in French and German.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys reading, boating, hiking, meditation, playing drums, motorbiking, traveling, and investing.

He is married with two children and is an avid traveler and adventure-seeker, with a personal goal to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in February 2023.

Daniel holds a degree in Electronics, Process Control and a Post-Graduate in Business Administration and Computer Science.  Daniel has completed the Executive MBA Program, London Business School, through the Global Business Consortium in 2012 – University of Michigan – Accelerated Executive Insight – Organizational Leadership (2017 – 2018) IESE Business School Barcelona – Accelerated Executive Insight – Management and Business Administration (2017 -2018)
